Glory Scarfs
"Inspired by nature, science and the Apocalypse, the Glory Scarfs show a spectacular display of colour, pattern and mathematics.
An evolution from our previous ranges of hand dyed scarfs, each one is a mathematically valid fractal, painstakingly created by entering a series of numbers and equations into a computer, creating a potentially infinite variety of form, colour and detail bringing the skill and technique of handcraft into the digital age.
This process means each individual scarf is based upon a completely unique equation and can never be replicated. As in nature, a rare organic creation digitally captured.

Na okladce najnowszego wydania magazynu lifestyle'owego dla kobiet Missbehave pojawila sie Katy Perry. Zdjecia byly stylizowane i robione przez jej przyjaciela, znanego projektanta mody Jeremy Scott'a.

Allexander McQueen Target Line
Czekalam z niecierpliwoscia na kolekcje McQueena ze wspolpracy z firma Target. Profilem Designer Collaborations jest tworzenie kolekcji wspolnie z najwiekszymi projektantami tzw. high fashion i wyjscie z produktami dostepnymi dla mas, w niskich cenach. McQueen zainspirowal sie punkowym zespolem z lat 90tych- The Duke of Spirit, a jego muza byla wokalistka tej grupy- Leila Moss. Coraz lepiej... nie ukrywajmy, ale McQueen jako brytyjczyk ma zdolnosc do kreowania punkowego wizerunku.
Zaczelam szykowac swoja karte kredytowa...
Jednak, kiedy zobaczylam efekty ich wspolpracy schowalam ja z powrotem do portfela. Kolekcja jest fajna, ale mnie jako wielka fanke tworczosci Alexandra, nie zachwycila. Rozumiem, ze ze wzgledu na cene i rynek docelowy, nie moze byc tak fantazyjna jak jego wczesniejsze dokonania, ale gdzie, pytam gdzie jest ten niepokoj, ktory zawsze doprowadzal mnie niemalze do gesiej skorki, kiedy ogladalam jego pokazy.
